The Great St. Peter's Summer Bake Off!
“Love of Christ, Love of Neighbor”
You’ll want your children involved in this wonderful inaugural community service activity when we will be Baking for Others, August 5-8, Monday to Thursday, 9:30 – 11:30 am, ages four and older. Each morning we’ll meet in the St. Peter’s Kitchen to prepare something delicious to share, all peanut and tree nut free! Monday we’ll be baking Cowboy Cookies for the homeless at Sunshine Ministries; Tuesday will be yummy Peach Cobbler for the Ladue Police and Fire Departments; a variety of Rice Krispy Treats on Wednesday for the children in detention and cared for by the Chaplains at Episcopal City Mission; and Thursday we’ll be creating healthy Snack Bags to take to Trinity Food Bank. We’ll also be creating thoughtful artistic cards to send with our gifts of food. You’ll want to sign up soon by emailing Ann Babington, , since there is a limit of 10 children in the kitchen each day. Families can sign up for the whole four mornings or just individual days. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact Ann.
