What is Playgroup?
St. Peter’s Playgroup is a “pre-preschool” for young children. It is often the first organized educational experience away from home for the child and family. With this in mind, we strive to not only offer high quality care but also a positive and exciting introduction to school. It is our aim to provide a stimulating, safe and nurturing environment where children have experiences that promote their emotional, social, intellectual and physical development – never disregarding our most important goal: PLAY.
There are several options for parents who want their children to participate in St. Peter’s Playgroup. Two and three day classes are in session September through May from 9:15–11:45 a.m. We also offer a three week camp in June with a special emphasis on summer fun!
